The Positioning

Training isn't the goal.
Development is.

Snow Method is built around intentional player development — teaching athletes how to read the game, create advantages, make decisions, play with pace, and develop skills that transfer when competition gets faster.

“If it doesn't show up under pressure, it wasn't built in practice.”

The Curriculum

The Snow Method

Six areas. One complete guard.

01

Basketball IQ

Teach athletes to recognize coverage, understand spacing, anticipate rotations, and process the game faster.

02

Shot Creation

Develop footwork, pace, separation, balance, and the ability to create quality scoring opportunities.

03

Live-Ball Handle

Build control against pressure instead of simply learning stationary dribble combinations.

04

Finishing

Develop touch, angles, footwork, body control, and solutions around the rim.

05

Decision Making

Train athletes to read defenders and make the correct decision instead of memorizing predetermined moves.

06

Earned Confidence

Confidence should come from preparation, repetition, understanding, and proof — not empty motivation.

The Coach

Played the game.
Coached the game.
Now I rebuild it.

The Standard

Snow Method was built around a simple belief: players don't need more random drills. They need purposeful development that teaches them how to solve problems when the game speeds up.
